Erika Pena HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

My name is Evangeline Erika Peña. I go by Erika or Erika with a “K” in my office. I guide people who want to work with an expert to negotiate the best price for the purchase or sale of their home.

I teach them how to get exactly what they want, which is a great deal in a competitive market. I help navigate them through the muddy waters of the real estate transaction while making it feel like a fun adventure.

I have a Bachelors in Education and a License in New Mexico Real Estate. Prior to real estate I was a Middle School Teacher and Librarian so nothing scares me.

When I am not writing contracts and consulting buyers and sellers, I can be found playing in my backyard with my three silly kids or binge watching RomComs. I love camping and fishing in the vast variety of landscapes New Mexico has to offer. I grew up in Southern New Mexico so the Gila Wilderness was my playground growing up.

Here’s some fun facts about me:

• I’m a sucker for Young Adult Novels (hence the previous employment as a Middle School Librarian)
• I hate grape juice. It was a bad run in with the condensed version that did it.
• I have a weakness for Pugs and squishy faced doggies.
• I have hiked the La Luz Trail
